This company has the worst customer Service ever. I was excited to get my resume done. I bought one of their packages. They put me in contact with an account manager who I could hardly understand I asked to speak to somebody else and the way they treat you does not make you trust their service. Horrible Experience!!
They will promise you the world and have poor delivery with some language in the resume and cover letter that would raise red flags. There are also basic grammar and formatting errors that should not happen when paying for this service.They get mean when you voice your concerns. Don't use.
Poor customer service, falsified everything on the resume that would leave me with no credibility. They claim things like unlimited revisions which is completely false. They’ll wait until they get your money and delay your work until two months. I have had the worst experience here!
