Customer service got rude with us on the phone and when we asked to speak to a supervisor we were put on hold for over 2 hours and no supervisor ever responded. Incompetent tech and worthless customer service. Management? No idea, since the closest I got to speak to a manager was a day's worth of holding and countless phone calls. I'm one of those who RARELY writes reviews, but this has been too much.
Every time I call customer support I’m on the phone for over an hour. I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come on what I was told their only open time, a Wednesday from 12-4. I would have to take of work to be there for the appointment, but It’s worth it to get the service I’m being charged for right. Then I was called a day after , rescheduling the appointment. So ridiculous service..
My service has been crap and always drops connection for any and everything we watch. Either on the computer, phone, or TV not thing works, we watch a loading screen more then our content we pay for on other platforms. In the end of all of our trouble we still got charged for going over our allocated "150" units of service in our plan. Every 10 after they charged a large fee. This fee I knew nothing of until I started receiving my bill way over the promised monthly.
