Was really hoping this dryer would meet my needs and saw some good reviews on it. However, the loud noise was very frightening to my dog who is used to dryer noise. I did not like that in order to get warm air blowing you had to turn it to the loudest and most powerful setting. If I kept the air flow low to reduce the noise only cool air came out.
