I emailed customer service to cancel my order and I was told it was already shipped out and I could return it after I received it. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

They refused my return because they found it was damaged and I did not have the plastic it came in! I’m very upset it was in perfect condition, this was my response. Beware they want to charge me to get it back! Very poor customer service! My response to them.

I cancelled the order, and received a confirmation it was cancelled. But then I received the item in the mail. I’ve tried to reach them multiple times to send it back, but no response. I am not impressed!!
