Simpler - Your online trading family. A team that has grown together and learned through experience. We’ve taken the small trades with consistency and built from them. We’ve taken the challenging trades and learned from them. And everything in between. We’ve gotten to know ourselves better, through our trading habits, and grown in ways far beyond trading.
Our company is still relatively small which leaves lots of room for growth and opportunity. Even if we are not hiring for specific positions, we are always looking for fresh ideas, and new experiences to enhance our company.
The customer service is unwilling to help - no response to voicemail, then a long hold time, then they won't give a refund even though it is my right. Lack of customer service. I would have loved a call back after I left a message the first time, and then upon my second call, I would have been happy. But they don't care about us !!
I most highly recommend your products and services! All their traders have a vast amount of knowledge and they are easily able to pass this on via their teaching courses. I'm finding the coded studies very helpful and these help me make my own choices for trading with a risk based approach.
