Was told if it was the wrong size I would have to pay to ship it back even though I tried cancelling within hrs of ordering.. This is poor customer service basically told sorry bout your luck.

My credit card had been charged but since there was no record of the order I couldn't get my money back!! I had to order THE ONLY jacket left & it was a medium. The jacket does not fit my sister-in-law but I had no other options!!!! Not. Happy.

I never even received a shipping update and wound up going out to purchase elsewhere so now I have to take the time to return these items. Very slow to respond to inquiries and I'm very disappointed.
