They have been terrible. I have been calling them to get the repair schedule and .. no luck. To top it off, the call center lady got irritated at ME for asking her when my repair would be scheduled! They claim there is no record of my calling them to request a repair.
About a month later I get an email notifying me of a statement. I create my online account and notice that I'm a full payment behind on my account. I missed a payment. I was never notified. When I called customer service I got zero help. This the worst customer experience of all time from any company.
I couldn't do it and don't want to keep trying. It's made of flimsy plastic that breaks easily. Wires are visibly superglue in some places which is a huge concern to me. As I paid extra to have movers get it to my basement I'm profoundly irritated by this experience. I won't purchase another piece of exercise equipment let alone another sole treadmill ever again.
Sole's reasonable price points for machines that are fairly close in quality to club equipment but priced much closer to home pricing is a very compelling value proposition for a certain kind of buyer, one who craves that gym feel without having the means to just buy the gym equipment. I'm really glad I bought.
