I can still see that customer service is about getting you in a car and getting you out their customer service. Once checked we notice that the windshield washer reservoir was still leaking, yet stated it was replaced, and said that the vehicle was aligned, but when checked and drove it in the freeway it wasn't aligned base on just driving it.
They will NOT call you to inform you about the status of the vehicle of whats wrong and or when they think it would be done. When you call the number that they have on there app there is no one really you could speak to, but rather you get transferred ALWAYS! When asked for a direct line to call they could not even give you a number!
