Although the process of getting the old account merged to my new account was out of my control without access, Ubisoft verified my purchases, verified my identity and put all my old games on my new account, problem solved. They worked with me to get this done, responded to me almost immediately between emails back and forth and saved a lot of headache.
Disgusting lack of support. The game crashes every time I play. Its a bug heaven. It also displays annoying messages right in the middle of the screen ALL the time. Another problem is the way the character latches on to things when passing them, the control programming is rubbish. It auto aims when I don't want it to just to make the game that little bit more rubbish.
