Pareri Vacatia

The hotel room is a 2 Star at best. Very small. I have called Customer Service and have left my number numerous times. I have also sent emails with no response. However I did get an email from them about enjoying our stay. What a joke. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on a vacation rental.

Their agents were a delight to work with and were so helpful throughout the process. Everything at the resort was as advertised. Very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

There are hidden fees. After booking my stay and arriving I was charged almost double in fees than what was listed on the website. Really disappointed on how they handle.

Just really disappointed and unhappy with the service. the bed completely dips in the middle absolutely worse bed we have ever slept in, the room is dusty no tea or coffee provided. It was terrible. Don't book with them!!

I will never use or recommend VACATIA to anyone - not even people I don’t like. Total waste of my vacation time from work and my kids spring break was ruined, not to mention, now the headache of refund issues. What a mess!

No ice on the freezer, no cleaning services or changes of towers, etc, and after paying the rate I did and not able to check it n the until very late, they were not accommodating with a late checkout. Not a good experience.
