I purchased the tickets and went to the screen to pick out our date and time for our preferred tour and there are zero dates available for the foreseeable future. Why would you not have a massive note somewhere saying that not all yours are available? Taking my money you were so quick to deal with. So frustrated!!
Paid for a day experience for my wife! I tried to call them for many information. They gave me a number that costs a small fortune to call.They have not made any effort to contact me.and now they are saying they cannot find my email, how convenient virgin to lie me!!
