Pareri Vueling

The company just decided to ask for money when you go in the plane with a luggage. No one knew about it, we had to pay each 25 euros. All the travellers got stuck and we took off 23 min late.

Avoid at all costs. Do not take this airline in any circumstance! This company has no value at all very unprofessional, rude and careless about their customers.

So frustrating and stressful, only way to get a refund now is to try our credit card company. We have bought flights with Vueling for many years, after this experience will never again.

Customer services useless a series of recorded messages that don't answer the basic question where is my refund, and sends you chasing back round between the web-site. You will NEVER get a refund or even speak to anyone.

I understand that Vueling is a low cost airlines and my expectations were not high. But I find this attitude inconsistent and unfair. I was told the voucher has been cancelled because I claimed the money back from my card, which is not true and not something I can actually do.
