Trying to get customer support is a total joke they don't want to give you support or any service.. i tried them before and the goods did not arrived. I thing should be brought down and disappear from online shopping and save everyone the stress.

The page really improved over the years in terms of eliminating clearly false offers. In general I am satisfied and recommend the platform for purchasing reasonable and good qualities products.

Many months later, the item has not arrived which leads me to believe that my purchase was nothing more than a donation to a company best described as a scam. While I am not personally out a ton of money, collectively they have scammed many people out of their hard earned money.

Customer service department that is an absolute joke. They deliver items and they don't. They send you the wrong items. If you try to complain they just ignore you or discontinue your account. I would encourage any who is looking to buy some thing from this company to go some where else. DO NOT USE THEM I would give less then 1 star if that was an option.

They cut communication fairly quickly. 2 items have not been delivered. Please be cautious when ordering and spending your hard earned money on this site. They always say there is an error!

hey sent the wrong size in the right bag on two items. All I can do is return the items to China for a refund of item price. No postage refund. They get away with it by offering a refund. BIG SCAM. AVOID.
