There customer service is horrible. No one answers the phone except the sales team. I have had issues with springs since i got the machine. Now my machine has been unusable for 2 months and I cannot get anyone to respond to phone calls or emails. Horrible company.
Customer service is awful. Having to send numerous emails that have NEVER been replied to a single time. Calls are not returned. When you finally get somebody on the phone, he tries to rush you off the call. You have to go out of your way to keep trying to call them to get somebody in person.
